candles on two ancient Chinese night tables, the candles are
invariably white, and annointed with some substance she refuses to

-Arrianna is expert in Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Judo,
Ju-Jitsu, Capoiera, Trav Maga, and Klingon Mok'bara. She is trying to
learn how to use a bat'leth with skill.
-Arrianna used her empathic abilities for the first time at the
age of 18 while working at her mother's hospital when she found
herself "reading" the thoughts of a mentally disturbed man who'd taken
the emergency room hostage with a phaser. After calming the man and
disarming him she realized for the first time that she could use the
empathic abilities inate in her mother's heritage. (Within three days
of the incident the still unnamed Starfleet officer arrived on Betazed
to recruit her.)

-After her parents' divorce Arrianna spent most of her childhood in
various boarding schools before being brought back to Beijing to
attend the Beijing Preparatory School for Science and Medicine.
-Arrianna attended University on Betazed for a year before enrolling
at the Academy in a pre-med course.
-Graduated 5th in her academy class, 1st amongst security/tactical students.
-Assigned as a security junior officer at Utopia Planetia shipyard
after her academy graduation.
-Recalled and put on temporary assignment by Starfleet command after
only 1 week at Utopia Planetia for a three month assignment (details

-Reassigned to Starfleet facility on Betazed as a security officer,
her presence there can not be confirmed.
